Ohio Coalition for the Education of Children with Disabilities (OCECD)

Overview:

OCECD is Ohio's federally funded statewide Parent Training and Information Center, serving families of infants, toddlers, children, and youth with disabilities, as well as educators and agencies that serve them. The organization provides free help understanding IEPs, special education rights, and dispute resolution. Differentiator: this is Ohio's official PTI under the national CPIR network listed earlier — the state-specific version of that resource.
