OH FAMILY, Inc. is registered as an Ohio nonprofit corporation. The organization’s legal name change from OH MOM, Inc. to OH FAMILY, Inc. was filed with the Ohio Secretary of State effective November 14, 2025.

Families Need Support Before Crisis
Many families are doing their best, but still face real gaps in childcare, education, housing, emotional support, and everyday stability. These gaps may not always look like crisis, but they can quietly affect a child’s growth, a caregiver’s employment, and the strength of the household.

This organization exists because of what we’ve seen working alongside families, on the other side of the table, working through systems that are often hard to reach or understand. Even when resources exist, knowing about them isn’t the same as being able to use them. OH FAMILY was built to close that gap, through education, personalized tools, and guidance that meet families before crisis, not after.
Where We’re Going
OH FAMILY is building toward a broader family support model, with future work that includes expanded resource navigation, family-centered tools, community partnerships, Gap to Growth programming, and Global Family Learning opportunities that expose children and caregivers to cultures, stories, and experiences beyond their own.
